Common use of Production definitively discontinued Clause in Contracts

Production definitively discontinued. If the holder of the approval completely ceases to manufacture a type of exhaust replacement silencing system or components of the said system in accordance with this Regulation, he shall so inform the Type Approval Authority which granted the approval. Upon receiving the relevant communication, that authority shall inform thereof the other Parties to the Agreement applying this Regulation, by means of a copy of the approval form bearing at the end, in large letters, the signed and dated annotation: "production discontinued".

If the holder of the approval completely ceases to manufacture a type of exhaust replacement silencing system or components of the said system thereof in accordance with this Regulation, he shall so inform the Type Approval Authority authority which granted the approval. Upon receiving the relevant communication, that authority approval which shall in turn inform thereof the other Contracting Parties to the 1958 Agreement applying this Regulation, by means of a copy of the approval communication form bearing at conforming to the end, model contained in large letters, the signed and dated annotation: "production discontinued"Annex 1 to this Regulation.

Upon receiving the relevant communication, that authority Authority shall inform thereof the other Parties to the Agreement applying this Regulation, Regulation by means of a copy of communication form conforming to the approval form bearing at the end, model given in large letters, the signed and dated annotation: "production discontinued"Annex 1 to this Regulation.
