Production Locations Clause Samples
The Production Locations clause defines where the production activities under the agreement are permitted to take place. It typically specifies approved sites, facilities, or geographic regions where goods may be manufactured or services performed, and may require prior written consent for any changes to these locations. This clause helps ensure quality control, compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, and transparency in the supply chain by restricting production to vetted or agreed-upon locations.
Production Locations. Most rehearsals will be in the Durham Arts Council, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. in downtown Durham. Tech week rehearsals and performances will be at the historic Carolina Theatre, ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ St. in downtown Durham. Most tech activities will be at our warehouse, ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇ St., ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Production Locations. Although no supplier can switch to another production location without approval of us upfront, this has happened in the last year. To prevent this from happening again the buying manager has sent a mail to each supplier reminding them of the correct procedure. To have more control over the procedure; the CSR manager checks, after each purchasing period, if all production locations that are mentioned on the purchase orders in the system are also in the supplier database. This happens twice per year. Before our buyers visit a supplier, the CSR manager sends out an overview with the social compliance status and possible issues to improve and discuss. Currently this is done by mail but from next time we will discuss this in a meeting. The buyers update the CSR manager on the feedback they received from their suppliers. In addition, we will introduce a compact checklist that buyers will fill-in while they are visiting a production location. The check list will help to draw a picture of the conditions in the factory. Also, it will create more involvement for CSR within the buying department. The buyers take the BSCI checklist with them during factory visits. This document intends to support buying departments in the identification of imminent social risks when visiting a producer.
