Common use of PRODUCTION PROCESS TECHNOLOGY Clause in Contracts

PRODUCTION PROCESS TECHNOLOGY. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 7.5 or elsewhere in this Agreement, Medarex shall not be obligated to disclose or provide any of its Production Process Technology, including Biological Materials, to Northwest or any Third Party; provided, however, that Medarex shall provide such Production Process Know-How to the Regulatory Authorities as is necessary to obtain and maintain Regulatory Approval for Collaboration Products supplied by it pursuant to Section 1.6. Medarex shall have the right to provide such Know-How to the Regulatory Authorities in a drug master file, or any foreign equivalent that is designed to protect Medarex's Confidential Information.
