Common use of Production Reopened after Closing Clause in Contracts

Production Reopened after Closing. ‌ If a production is re-opened after closing, the Engager may, in lieu of making a new recording, pay the Artist for the continued use of recordings made under the provisions of this Article above at a rate per performance of not less than one-seventh (1/7) of the Artist's applicable weekly fee while engaged for the production for which the recording was made.
