Common use of PRODUCTION STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

PRODUCTION STANDARDS. 9:01 It is the right of the Company to establish and enforce production standards. A standard time study system will be utilized for this purpose. Production standards shall include allowances as follows; Personal and Delay -- will not be less than 7.3% Fatigue -- will vary, depending on the job. Total Allowance -- consisting of Personal, Delay and Fatigue will not be less than 10.5%.
