PRODUCTION STANDARDS. 27.01 When the Company establishes work standards, it will do so on the basis of fairness and equity consistent with quality of workmanship, and the reasonable working capacities of a normal experienced employee working at a normal pace to produce quality work in a manner that the Company prescribes.
