Productivity Enhancement. A. The parties recognize that safety and productivity are essential in the traffic control, lane closure industry. It is therefore agreed by the parties that the Union and the Employer will work together to address the special needs of the industry regarding safety and journeyperson training to ensure the competitiveness of the Individual Employer.
