Common use of Products Transported en Route after Exportation Clause in Contracts

Products Transported en Route after Exportation. The provisions of this Chapter may be applied to products which, on the date of entry into force of this Agreement, are transported en route after exportation, including transit, before the arrival in the other Party. For such products, documentary evidence of origin may be completed retrospectively up to six months after the entry into force of this Agreement, provided that the provisions of this Chapter and in particular Article 3.13 have been fulfilled.
