Products Warranty. a) The Products are in compliance with the applicable specifications and free from defects in material and workmanship provided that the Products are used according to the standard working conditions and with the exception of wear and tear (hereinafter, “Products Warranty”). In no event MEI guarantees the results to be obtained from the use of the Products in case of any improper use of the Products by the Purchaser.
