Repair Warranty. All the spare parts have a warranty of ninety (90) days at the repair depot. Once the spare part is installed at the Gateway computer, will be consider for warranty whichever is greater, in other words, the 90 days at the repair depot or the remaining warranty of the computer repaired. If the spare part is installed in a computer out of warranty or not Gateway brand, the warranty of the spare part will be limited to 90 days from delivery.
Repair Warranty. Aspect warrants its repair work and/or replacement parts for the duration of the original warranty period as set forth in Section 10(a) or at least six (6) months, whichever is longer.
Repair Warranty. All repair work conducted within the general product warranty period specified in Section 10.2 and is performed to repair a defect that constitutes a breach of the warranties provided by IAC in Sections 10.2 or 10.3 shall carry a warranty [*]. For clarification, this repair warranty warrants that the work corrected in all respects the identified defect and does not cover other defects unrelated to the repair work that may later occur. All repair work conducted outside of the general product warranty period specified in Section 10.2 and all repair work conducted to correct a defect that is not covered by the warranties provided by IAC in Sections 10.2 or 10.3, shall carry a warranty of [*] that the work corrected in all respects the identified defect. For clarification, this repair warranty does not cover other defects unrelated to the repair work that may later occur.
Repair Warranty. (i) GE Aviation warrants to BHGE that at the time of delivery of the repaired LM Products, the Repair Services performed by GE Aviation will have been performed in a workmanlike manner (“Repair Warranty”). GE Aviation provides no warranty for incidental materials and consumables utilized in the performance of the Repair Services and only the warranty given by the manufacturer for such incidental materials and consumables, if any, shall apply. The Repair Warranty shall apply to defects that appear within twelve (12) months from completion of the Repair Services (the “Repair Warranty Period”).
(ii) If any failure to meet the foregoing Repair Warranty with respect to Repair Services appears within the Repair Warranty Period, BHGE shall notify GE Aviation in writing within sixty (60) calendar days of BHGE’s discovery of the defect. Where GE Aviation reasonably agrees that a defect exists and such defect was caused by GE Aviation, GE Aviation shall thereupon correct any defect by re-performing the defective Repair Services to the extent necessary and feasible and, in the case where a Spare Part supplied by GE Aviation in performing a Repair Service is defective, GE Aviation shall, at its option, repair the defective Spare Part or make available for delivery a replacement Spare Part. BHGE shall, at BHGE’s cost, make the affected BHGE’s equipment available to GE Aviation at the Site (provided that BHGE can obtain the end customer’s consent, if required) or at the repair facilities at GE Aviation’s option. BHGE shall be responsible for performing any decontamination on the affected BHGE’s equipment prior to the performance of GE Aviation’s Repair Warranty obligations. The re-performance of Repair Services by GE Aviation shall extend the duration of the Repair Warranty Period for the Repair Services provided for an additional twelve (12) months. GE Aviation shall not be responsible for removal or replacement of systems, structures or other portions of BHGE’s end product. The condition of any tests shall be mutually agreed upon and GE Aviation shall be notified of and may be represented at all tests that may be made.
(iii) GE Aviation does not warrant the Repair Services or any repaired or replacement Spare Parts (i) against normal wear and tear including that due to environment or operation, including excessive operation at peak capability, misuse, frequent starting, FOD damage, type of fuel, detrimental air inlet conditions or erosion, corrosion or material deposi...

Repair Warranty. Flextronics warrants that each Good that is repaired by Flextronics pursuant to this RSA Addendum will be repaired in accordance with the Repair Specifications and shall be free from defects in repair workmanship for a period of [***] from the date of shipment of the repaired Good. In the event of a breach of the Repair Warranty during the Repair Warranty Period, Customer shall return the Good to Flextronics and Flextronics shall repair the Good as set forth in Exhibit A to this RSA Addendum. The Repair Warranty shall not in any way diminish or enlarge the scope of the original manufacturing warranties applicable to any Good manufactured by Flextronics. Notwithstanding anything else in this RSA Addendum, this Repair Warranty does not apply to, and Flextronics makes no representations or warranties whatsoever with respect to: (i) Materials (including components); (ii) defects resulting from the Repair Specifications or the design of the Goods; (iii) Goods that have been abused, damaged, altered or misused by any person or entity after such Goods have been shipped from the Flextronics Facility; or (iv) defects resulting from tooling, test equipment, designs or instructions produced or supplied by Customer. Customer shall bear all of the risk, and all costs and expenses (including without limitation any standard charges by Flextronics for diagnostics and testing) associated with Goods that have been returned to Flextronics for which there is no defect found or for which a warranty exception set forth in this Section 7.1 applies. Customer will provide its own warranties directly to any of its Purchasers or other third parties. Customer will not pass through to Purchasers or other third parties the warranties made by Flextronics under this RSA Addendum. Upon any failure of a Good to comply with this limited Repair Warranty, Flextronics’s sole obligation, and Customer's sole remedy, is for Flextronics to promptly re-repair the Good and return it to Customer freight prepaid or, in the event the Good cannot be repaired, to refund to Customer the repair charge. Customer shall return Goods covered by this warranty freight prepaid after completing a failure report and obtaining a return material authorization number from Flextronics to be displayed on the shipping container. Repair Warranty. 10.1 All R-3mepaired or Replacement Products shall be warranted by Supplier to perform in accordance with the applicable Product Specification agreed to in writing by the Supplier and Sun, and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship as follows:
a. In warranty: six (6) months from the date of receipt by Sun or for the remainder of the original Product warranty, whichever is greater.
b. Out of warranty: three (3) months from the date of receipt by Sun.
Repair Warranty. If, within one (1) year after the date of Substantial Completion of the Work or designated portion thereof, or after the date for commencement of warranties established under Section 8.5.1, with respect to the repair or correction warranty any of the Work has not been performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents or as may be set forth in an applicable manufacturer’s warranty or prescribed by applicable laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, statutes and permits, the Contractor shall correct it promptly after receipt of written notice from the Owner to do so, unless the Owner has previously given the Contractor a written acceptance of such condition. To the extent any repair or correction work performed by the Contractor is not accepted by the Owner, the Contractor shall continue to repair and correct the Work until such Work is finally accepted by the Owner as complete, regardless of whether the Warranty Period has run. This obligation shall survive acceptance of the Work and termination of the Agreement. The Owner shall give such notice promptly after discovery of the condition. This remedy is cumulative, and shall not preclude the Owner from exercising any other remedy for defective work available to it under the Contract Documents or at law, or in equity.
Repair Warranty. Subject to the limitations of paragraph 5d and 5e, ECS will warranty labor and repairs for 30 days unless the manufacturer’s warranty on specific parts is longer. In each case such extended warranty periods will be passed to the Buyer.
Repair Warranty. In addition to any other warranties that are required, the Contractor must make all necessary repairs and replacements to remedy any and all defects, breaks, or failures of the Work occurring within two (2) years following the date of Substantial Completion due to faulty or inadequate materials or workmanship.
