Common use of Professional Conditions Clause in Contracts

Professional Conditions. A. Graduate Employees will have reasonable access to desk space, telephone, voicemail and photocopy equipment, as necessary to carry out their responsibilities. B. Consistent with program guidelines, Graduate Employees shall have reasonable latitude, where appropriate, to exercise their professional judgment within their area of expertise in deciding how best to accomplish their assignments within the scope of the directions given by the individual supervisor as well as fiscal and time constraints.
