Professional Consultation. From Executive’s date of employment through the end of the Employment Period, C&F or the Companies shall reimburse Executive for expenses incurred by Executive for reasonable personal financial and tax consultation, including, but not limited to, fees charged by attorneys, CPA’s or financial planners.
Professional Consultation. The School Committee recognizes the professional standing of teachers and other professional staff. Similarly, the LEA recognizes the importance of an informed School Committee in the running of a school system which strives to be excellent. The ideas and opinions of professional staff are of significant value in improving the quality of education in, and the economical operation of, the Lexington Public School System. Therefore, the School Committee and the LEA agree that they, or their designated representatives, will upon request of either the School Committee or the LEA, meet at a reasonable time and place to discuss educational concerns of interest to each. It is understood by the School Committee and the LEA that nothing discussed at such meetings shall oblige them to negotiate such matters and that no binding decisions can be made in such meetings. Prior to two weeks before the date scheduled for such a meeting, there will be submitted to the Superintendent a written agenda of subjects to be discussed at that meeting. While it is the desire of both parties to provide for discussions of a wide range of subjects, it is also agreed that matters of wages, hours, and working conditions are exclusively the subject of collective bargaining as provided in this Agreement. Therefore, it is agreed that either the School Committee or the LEA may defer, decline, or specifically limit discussion on any item on any agenda proposed by the other by written notice to the proposing party not later than one week prior to the meeting. The Superintendent will participate in all such discussion.
Professional Consultation. A. In recognition of the professional standing of administrators and the fact that administrators’ ideas and opinions, systematically and periodically collated and expressed, are of significant value in improving the quality of education in, as well as the efficient and economical operation of, the DennisYarmouth Regional School District, the Committee agrees that not more frequently than once in every three (3) months for a duration of no longer than two (2) hours, it or its designated representative, including an administrator whose presence is deemed advisable by the Committee, will, upon request of the Association, meet at a reasonable time and place with the Association to consult about any matters of concern or interest to the Association. The frequency and/or length of such meetings may be extended by mutual agreement. B. The Association agrees that prior to one (1) week before the date scheduled for said consultation, the Association will submit a written agenda of subjects about which it desires to consult at the meeting to the Superintendent of Schools, and that the consultation will be confined to subjects on that agenda. C. It is further agreed that the provisions of this Article will in no way be construed as broadening the scope of other provisions of this Agreement, or broadening the application of this Agreement as a whole; nor will these provisions make any matter subject to a grievance or arbitration that would not be a grievance or arbitration matter in the absence of these provisions, nor make any matter a mandatory subject of discussion at any time other than at the consultations described in this Article, that would not be a mandatory subject of discussion in the absence of the provisions of this Section.
Professional Consultation. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services from using earned vacation days to undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing or other professional duties and obligations, provided such undertakings do not interfere with the Assistant Superintendent's performance of duties under this Agreement.

I am required to keep appropriate records of the services that I provide. Your records are maintained in a secure HIPAA compliant electronic medical record. I keep brief records noting that you were here, your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals. Therapy notes will also contain your diagnosis, topics we discussed, your medical, social, and treatment history, records I receive from other providers, copies of records I send to others, and your billing records. Except in unusual circumstances that involve danger to yourself, you have the right to a copy of your file. Because these are professional records, they may be misinterpreted to untrained readers. For this reason, I recommend that you initially review them with me to discuss the contents. If I refuse your request for access to your records, you have a right to have my decision reviewed by another mental health professional. You also have the right to request that a copy of your file be made available to any other health care provider at your written request. Please note that there is a flat fee of $30 for copying your record. Emails are used for scheduling purposes only. Professional Consultation. Health care providers who are treating the same individual are allowed to share information that may be helpful in that treatment. I also seek consultation with other professionals in order to provide quality service. I make every effort in these situations to avoid revealing the identity of my patient. The consultant is also legally bound to keep the information confidential. Unless you object, I will not plan to tell you about these consultations unless I feel it is important in our work together. Psychiatric consultation or other medical consultations may be requested as part of treatment. In this situation, the patient will be asked to undergo formal consultation with the physician. You are strongly urged to inform your primary physician or your child’s physician that you or your child is in therapy.
Professional Consultation. The parties recognize that the success of the Chelsea schools, the successful implementation of this agreement and the enhancement of the status of administrators requires the readiness of both parties to confer about proposed actions or potential problems.
