Common use of Professional Consultation Clause in Contracts

Professional Consultation. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Deputy Superintendent and Chief Financial Officer from using earned vacation days to undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing or other professional duties and obligations, provided such undertakings do not interfere with the Deputy Superintendent and Chief Financial Officer's performance of duties under this Agreement.
