Common use of Professional Consultation Clause in Contracts

Professional Consultation. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services from using earned vacation days to undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing or other professional duties and obligations, provided such undertakings do not interfere with the Assistant Superintendent's performance of duties under this Agreement.

Nothing herein shall prohibit the Assistant Deputy Superintendent, Business Services Chief Financial Officer from using earned vacation days to undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing or other professional duties and obligations, provided such undertakings do not interfere with the Assistant Deputy Superintendent's performance of duties under this Agreement.
