Common use of Professional Courtesy Clause in Contracts

Professional Courtesy. Section 1 Elementary teachers, who are under contract with the Office at fifty percent (50%) or more, shall be permitted to enroll their child/children in a diocesan school at one-half (1/2) the prevailing tuition rate. Teachers whose children may qualify for need-based or academic scholarships are encouraged to apply for additional tuition assistance offered by the Diocese of Youngstown and/or scholarship programs offered by the individual high schools. Teachers may negotiate an increased tuition benefit at the local level.
