Investigation with Resolution. 18.4.1 If the matter is resolved at the meeting to the satisfaction of the unit member and there has been a determination that there have been no serious and/or recurring violations of rules, regulations, policies, or laws, no further steps will be taken. 18.4.2 Once the issue is resolved, the unit member will make every effort to resume a professional relationship without further references to the problem unless it recurs.
