Common use of Professional Development Funding Committee Clause in Contracts

Professional Development Funding Committee. The parties agree to form a committee to analyse the use and disbursement of funds in the Professional Improvement Fellowship and the Staff Development Fund prior to the expiration of this agreement. The committee shall include three (3) representatives from the Board and three (3) representatives from Association Local 38. 2.1 The term of this collective agreement is September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2018. Unless stated otherwise, this collective agreement shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 2018.
