Professional Development Meeting Clause Samples
The Professional Development Meeting clause establishes the requirement for employees or parties to participate in meetings focused on skill enhancement, training, or career growth. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency, format, and expectations for attendance at such meetings, which may include workshops, seminars, or internal training sessions. Its core function is to ensure ongoing professional growth and to keep all parties updated with relevant knowledge or industry standards, thereby fostering a culture of continuous improvement and addressing skill gaps within the organization.
Professional Development Meeting. Employees shall be entitled, upon their request, to up to two (2) meetings per year to meet with the Library Administration for the purposes of discussing their career, qualifications for advancement and/or promotion and other related topics. Employees shall be responsible for scheduling said meetings during scheduled work hours. Attendance will be at no loss of pay.
