Professional Development Report Clause Samples

The Professional Development Report clause requires individuals or employees to document and submit a summary of their ongoing learning, training, or skill enhancement activities. Typically, this report outlines courses attended, certifications earned, workshops participated in, or other relevant professional growth experiences within a specified period. By mandating regular reporting, the clause ensures accountability for continuous improvement and helps organizations track and support employee development.
Professional Development Report. By the last day of spring quarter each year, all academic employees desiring to advance one (1) level between Level 1 and Level 12 shall provide to the appropriate unit administrator a statement describing all professional development completed for the preceding twelve (12) months.
