General Hourly Rate of Pay. ‌ Except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, the General Hourly Rate of Pay for academic employee assignments that are beyond their normal duties shall be $50.00 per hour. The 2020-2021 General Hourly Rate of Pay shall be $52.00 per hour. After 2020-2021, the General Hourly Rate of Pay shall be adjusted annually based on Cost-of-Living-Adjustment (COLA) or other appropriation in a percentage equal to the average percentage increase provided and applied using the same defined calculation applied to faculty salaries. The work shall be assigned and recorded and paid in periods of no less than 30-minute increments.
General Hourly Rate of Pay. The General Hourly Rate of Pay for academic employee assignments that are beyond their normal duties shall be $61 per hour effective July 1, 2023 and $65 per hour effective July 1, 2024. The General Hourly Rate of Pay shall be adjusted annually based on Cost-of-Living-Adjustment (COLA) or other appropriation in a percentage equal to the average percentage increase provided and applied using the same defined calculation applied to faculty salaries. The work shall be assigned and recorded and paid in periods of no less than 30-minute increments. At the start of each academic year, and at any other time when the rate is adjusted, the College shall publicly post the current General Hourly Rate of Pay. The College will inform all new academic employees of the General Hourly Rate of Pay no later than the time their employment begins.

  • Rate of Pay a. An Employee who is employed as a teacher teaching on call shall be paid 1/189 of his/her category classification and experience, to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 7, for each full day worked. b. (D) Seller shall substantiate invoices (including any subcontractor hours reimbursed at the hourly rate in the Agreement) by evidence of actual payment and by individual daily job timecards, records that verify the employees meet the qualifications for the labor categories specified in the Agreement, or other substantiation approved by Company. (E) Unless otherwise prescribed in this Agreement, Company may withhold five percent of the amounts due under this paragraph, with the total amount withheld not to exceed $50,000. The amounts withheld shall be retained until the execution and delivery of a release by Xxxxxx as provided below. (F) Unless this Agreement prescribes otherwise, hourly rates shall not be varied by virtue of Seller having performed work on an overtime basis. If overtime rates are provided, the premium portion will be reimbursable only to the extent the overtime is approved by Company.

  • Hourly Rates The following is a list of hourly billable rates that Contractor shall apply for additional services requested of the Contractor.   • Rate of Pay on Promotion 44.3.1 When an employee is appointed by the Council to a higher classification level in the same group, he shall be paid at the nearest rate in the new classification level which gives the employee a salary increase not less than the minimum increment of the higher classification level to which he is being appointed by the Council.   • Regular Rate of Pay The regular rate of pay shall be defined to include the employee's hourly wage rate (including the wage premium in lieu of benefits, if applicable), plus shift differential if the evening or night shift is a permanent assignment, certification pay, and lead pay when the employee has a regular (designated) lead assignment.
