Professional Enhancement Funds. The parties believe Professional Enhancement Funds provide important support for faculty and their professional work. Each faculty member is given an annual allotment on July 1 and is expected to use or designate the use of these funds by the following May 15th. These funds are not transferable between faculty members prior to the May 15th deadline.
