Professional Growth Increment Plan. 18.2.1 The District shall offer all unit members a professional growth increment plan. 18.2.1.1 The plan shall provide incremental pay for unit members who attend approved professional growth activities. For those courses identified as District priority, an additional .1 per Professional Growth point will be granted. 18.2.1.2 The plan shall be voluntary. 18.2.2 Unit members completing a professional growth increment shall receive an additional 5% salary for each increment completed.
