Professional Improvement Days. For the purpose of staff and program improvement for the duration of the Agreement, up to 200 days will be authorized District-wide, except that this total shall be reduced to 100 days as long as the District offers building-based state funded staff development. These days shall be used for attending educational meetings, conferences, workshops and observations, and by special education teachers to observe students in classrooms and/or to consult with regular education teachers regarding individual students.
