Common use of Professional Legal Liability Clause in Contracts

Professional Legal Liability. The CONTRACTOR, if he is a licensed professional, shall maintain Professional Legal Liability or Professional Errors and Omissions coverage appropriate to the CONTRACTOR’S profession and shall be written subject to limits of not less than $ per loss. The coverage shall apply to liability for a professional error, act or omission arising out of the scope of the CONTRACTOR’S services defined in this Contract.
