Common use of Professional Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Professional Liability Insurance. If Consultant shall be performing licensed professional services, Consultant shall maintain for the period covered by this Agreement professional liability insurance for licensed professionals performing work pursuant to this Agreement in an amount not less than ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) covering the licensed professionals’ errors and omissions.

Professional Liability Insurance. If Consultant shall be performing licensed professional services, Consultant shall maintain for the period covered by this Agreement professional liability insurance for licensed professionals performing work pursuant to this Agreement in an amount not less than ONE TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,0002,000,000) covering the licensed professionals’ errors and omissions.

If Consultant shall be performing licensed professional services, Consultant shall maintain for the period covered by this Master Agreement professional liability insurance for licensed professionals performing work pursuant to this Master Agreement in an amount not less than ONE one million dollars ($1,000,000) per claim and TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,0002,000,000) aggregate covering the licensed professionals’ errors and omissions.
