Common use of Professional Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Professional Liability Insurance. Firm shall maintain in effect, at its sole expense, professional liability insurance with an aggregate limit of no less than $1,000,000. Within thirty (30) days of Agreement execution and upon renewal, Firm shall provide Citizens with a proof of coverage.
