Professional Media Specialist Objective I – LEARNING STANDARDS. The media specialist will have achieved this objective in a satisfactory manner when he/she has: a. Reviewed all available pertinent standards, bench marks and indicators in the course of study annually. b. Achieved a working knowledge of the standards, bench marks and indicators in the course of study. c. Implemented the standards, bench marks and indicators in the course of study according to the needs of students and staff. d. Developed a program of media center/AV orientation that facilitates the instructional program.
