Developer License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for the number of Developer(s) indicated in the Order Form to install the Software on any number of Machines in order to internally use the Software to create, develop and test Applications. For clarity, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another Developer in the event that the original Developer is no longer employed by you or has been assigned to a new role where access to the Software will no longer be required on a permanent basis.
User License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software for the number of user(s) set forth in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.
Personally Owned Professional Material The employer shall reimburse an employee to a maximum of $150 for loss, damage or personal insurance deductible to personally owned professional material brought to the employee’s workplace to assist in the execution of the employee’s duties, provided that:

Third Party Use You may allow your agents, contractors and outsourcing service providers (each a “Permitted Third Party”) to use the Product(s) licensed to you hereunder solely for your benefit in accordance with the terms of this XXXX and you are responsible for any such Permitted Third Party’s compliance with this XXXX in such use. Any breach by any Permitted Third Party of the terms of this XXXX will be considered your breach.
Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended. Server License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on the number of Server(s) listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes. Unless stated otherwise in the Order Form, for the purposes of this license grant, you may install the Software on one (1) Machine as a substitute for, and not in addition to, one (1) Server. The total count of Server(s) where the Software is installed must not exceed the number of licenses purchased on the applicable Order Form(s).
Single User License A Single-User license is for a named individual who is identified as the only Authorized User. This user is not permitted to re-assign, transfer, or sublicense the software, except as described in Section 5, Transfer. This user may install and use the software on up to three computers, as long as the single-user Customer is the sole user of the software. If the computer on which this Software is loaded is attached to a network, this Software must not be accessible by any other user on such network. Single-user licenses may not be installed or used in a virtualized environment in order to or in a manner that circumvents the single user license type.
Traditional Medicine Cooperation 1. The aims of Traditional Medicine cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for Traditional Medicine cooperation; and (b) to promote information exchanges on Traditional Medicine between the Parties. 2. In pursuit of the objectives in Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) encouraging dialogue on Traditional Medicine policies and promotion of respective Traditional Medicine; (b) raising awareness of active effects of Traditional Medicine; (c) encouraging exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of Traditional Medicine; (d) encouraging exchange of experience on management, research and development for Traditional Medicine; (e) encouraging cooperation in the Traditional Medicine education field, mainly through training programs and means of communication; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' Traditional Medicine authorities; (g) encouraging cooperation in Traditional Medicine therapeutic services and products manufacturing; and (h) encouraging cooperation in research in the fields of Traditional Medicine in order to contribute in efficacy and safety assessments of natural resources and products used in health care.
