Professional Practices Warranty. The Contractor represents and warrants that all services performed pursuant to the Contract shall be performed in a professional, competent and xxxxxxx-like manner by knowledgeable, trained and qualified personnel, in accordance with the terms of the Contract and the standards of performance considered generally acceptable in the industry for similar services.
