PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSIGNMENT. 10.1 All teachers employed by the Board shall have at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and be certified or authorized in accordance with current state and federal law. 10.2 All teachers shall be employed under approved individual contracts based on certification, or annual authorization, in accordance with the State Board of Education and in accordance with federal and state regulations, and not in conflict with or violation of the Master Agreement.
