PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY– LIMITATION OF REMEDIES. A. BMcD will exercise reasonable skill, care, and diligence in the performance of its services and will carry out its responsibilities in accordance with customarily accepted professional practices. If BMcD fails to meet the foregoing standard, BMcD will perform at its own cost, the professional services necessary to correct errors and omissions reported to BMcD in writing within one year from the completion of BMcD's services for the Project. No warranty, express or implied, is included in this Agreement or regarding any drawing, specification, or other work product or instrument of service.
