Common use of Professional Rights and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Professional Rights and Obligations. Nothing in this Article precludes a FHN Physician from terminating his or her relationship with any patient in accordance with applicable guidelines issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Further, nothing in this Article shall create obligations for a FHN Physician that go beyond his or her professional competence or that, using the FHN Physician’s best efforts, are beyond the reasonable control of the FHN Physician.
