Professional Services Compensation. 1. When teachers, including part-time teachers, perform Board-authorized or administrator authorized professional services, outside the normal teaching day, they shall be compensated at an extra duty hourly rate. Such services could include, but are not limited to textbook selection, staff development committees, curriculum committees, lunchroom supervision (during planning period or duty- free lunch), and other professional services approved by administration. 2. Time sheets will be provided by the Board and administration at each working meeting, and compensation monthly.
