Professional Services Licensing Requirements. 24 ADOT does not intend to contract for, pay for, or receive any Professional Services that 25 are in violation of any professional licensing or registration laws, and by execution of 26 this Agreement, Developer acknowledges that ADOT has no such intent. It is the intent 27 of the Parties that Developer is fully responsible for furnishing the Professional Services 28 of the Project through itself or Subcontracts with licensed/registered Professional 29 Service firm(s) as provided herein; and any reference to Developer’s responsibilities or 30 obligations to “perform” the Professional Services portions of the Work shall be deemed 31 to mean that Developer shall “furnish” the Professional Services for the Project as 32 described in this Section 1.7. The terms and provisions of this Section 1.7 shall control 33 and supersede every other provision of all Contract Documents.
