If the Professional chooses to subcontract or affiliate with another professional entity or organization for all or any portion of the Professional’s scope of services, the Professional shall subcontract with a professional firm with the requisite licensure, skill, experience and expertise to provide the required services. The Professional shall furnish professional services in accordance with sound professional standards consistent with those practiced by professional firms on projects similar in size, complexity and cost to the Project.
