Profits from Operations. Except as otherwise provided in this Article 5, Profits for each Fiscal Year shall be allocated as follows: (i) First, to the Members in the proportions in which cumulative distributions have been made to them pursuant to Sections 6.2(a)(i), 6.2(b)(i) and 6.2(c)(i), until the cumulative amount allocated to each Member pursuant to this Section 5.1(a)(i) and Section 5.2(a)(i) equals the cumulative amounts distributed to such Member under Sections 6.2(a)(i), 6.2(b)(i) and 6.2(c)(i); (ii) Next, to the Members in the proportions in which Losses were allocated to them pursuant to Section 5.1(b), in reverse order to the manner in which such Losses were previously allocated, until the cumulative amounts allocated to each Member pursuant to this Section 5.1(a)(ii) for such Fiscal Year and all prior Fiscal Years are equal to the cumulative Losses so allocated to such Member; and (iii) The balance, if any, sixty-five percent (65%) to the Members (other than the Manager or its Affiliates), in the proportion in which cumulative distributions have been made to them pursuant to Sections 6.2(a)(ii) and 6.2(b)(iii), and thirty-five percent (35%) to the Manager.

Profits from Operations. After giving effect to the special allocations set forth in Section 4.1.4, Profits From Operations for any fiscal year shall be allocated as follows: (a) First, among the Members in proportion to and to the extent of Losses allocated to the Members pursuant to Section 4.1.3(c) until the aggregate Profits From Operations allocated to the Members pursuant to this Section 4.1.1(a) and Profits From Sale or Exchange allocated to the Member pursuant to Section 4.1.2(a) for such fiscal year and all previous fiscal years is equal to the aggregate Losses allocated to the Members pursuant to Section 4.1.3(c) for all previous fiscal years; and (b) Second, 14.17853% to Xxxxx National and 85.82147% to the Members in proportion to their Units.
Profits from Operations. After taking into account any special allocations pursuant to Section 4.2 and subject to any limitations contained therein, Profits from any source other than a Capital Event for any year or portion thereof shall be allocated among the Partners in accordance with their Profits Interests.

To the Class A-2 Members, seventy-five percent (75%) allocated to the individual Class A-2 Members in proportion to the number of Units held to the total number of Class A-2 Units outstanding, in the proportion in which cumulative distributions have been made to them pursuant to Sections 6.2(a)(ii) and 6.2(b)(ii) pro rata, in accordance with the number of Units held and twenty-five percent (25%) to the Manager. (b) To the Class A-3 Members, sixty-five percent (65%) allocated to their Class as a proportion of the amount of funds raised within the class to the total amount of funds raised from Members overall (other than the Manager or its Affiliates), in the proportion in which cumulative distributions have been made to them pursuant to Sections 6.2(a)(iii) and 6.2(b)(ii) pro rata, in accordance with the number of Units held; and thirty- five percent (35%) to the Manager
Profits from Operations. Profits from Operations of the Company for each taxable year shall be allocated among the Members in the following order of priority: (i) First, to Biolife up to the amount of the Distribution of Royalties during such current taxable year as described in Section 8.1(a); and (ii) Thereafter, among the Members, pro rata in proportion to their relative Profits Percentages.
