Section 4.1.1. The Association may provide input on the District's calendar in writing to the Director of Human 48 Resources no later than February 1 for the calendar for the following school year.

Section 4.1.1. 40 The District shall not enter into any contract which will result in work being provided, 41 supervised, or otherwise influenced by any person or persons, organization, group or company 42 other than persons directly employed by the District or by the Association except that any such 43 contract shall expressly specify that Association members be offered employment by seniority 44 at their current wage and benefit levels.

The Contractor shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Authority and its governing board, members, officers, agents, and employees (collectively the “Indemnified Parties”), from all sums for which it is finally determined that the Contractor has legal liability arising out of any negligent acts, errors or omissions of the Contractor in furnishing services pursuant to this Agreement.
