PROGRAM COMPLIANCE REVIEWS. A. The LESO conducts a PCR for each State/Territory that is enrolled in the LESO Program every two (2) years. The Program reserves the right to conduct no notice PCRs, or require an annual review, or similar inspection, on a more frequent basis for any State/Territory. LESO PCRs are performed in order to ensure that State Coordinators, SPOCs, and all LEAs within a State/Territory are compliant with the terms and conditions of the LESO Program as required by 10 USC § 2576a, DLA Instruction and Manuals regarding the LESO Program, and this MOA.
