Program Coordination. The contractor shall assist SRP Lead Agent by coordinating and performing liaison duties with other offices and agencies including Army Commands, DA staff offices, other Army agencies, other DOD Services and offices, Joint Staff, international organizations, and State and Federal agencies. This coordination shall support development of standards, strategies, policies, guidance, procuring support, identifying procedures and local requirements, and establishing agreements. This coordination may be conducted via telecommunications, email, SRP enterprise tools, and site visits.
Program Coordination. A. CITY: The CITY’S DIRECTOR, or his or her designee, also identified on the Summary Pages, shall be the CITY official responsible for the Program and shall render overall supervision of the progress and performance of this AGREEMENT by CITY. All services agreed to be performed by CITY shall be under the overall direction of the DIRECTOR.
Program Coordination. The Department and CDPHE shall work together to provide program implementation and administration for all programs listed in this Interagency Agreement. This program coordination includes, but is not limited to: joint meetings when necessary, telephone conference calls, review of printed materials, assistance with billing concerns, assistance with provider questions and joint participation in program trainings.

4.4 Institution and Facility agree to cooperate in planning hours of practice and selecting areas of Emergency Management and Homeland Security services so that all programs can benefit.
4.5 Neither party, nor any joint committee, shall have the power to obligate Institution or Facility resources, or commit either to any particular action.
Program Coordination. 5.1.1 Individual activities of CONTRACTOR personnel shall be coordinated in accordance with applicable program direction and procedures, and to the extent such direction and procedures do not conflict with the policies of their employing agencies; and
5.1.2 CONTRACTOR and designated staff of Orange County Sheriff’s Department and OC Animal Care will work together as a team, with each member supplementing and enhancing the efforts of every other team member. Coordination and communication will be ongoing during the days that team members are at work.
Program Coordination. A. Each year in August during the term of this Agreement, USER shall provide City with a draft annual program plan for City’s approval, Upon approval of the annual program by the CITY REPRESENTATIVE, USER (or User’s approved subcontractors) shall offer the Community Services described in the Program to the public in accordance with the approved written plan which plan is further described on the Exhibit A Scope of Services.

NOTE TO PROPOSERS – THIS SUBSECTION B ONLY APPLIES TO NORTHSIDE USER and also acknowledges that USER shall comply with the requirement that the Center shall be made available to organizations, businesses and residents located in the Japantown Redevelopment Area no less than 45 days per year, which is set forth in a use covenant required by the Redevelopment Agency of San Xxxx as a condition to its contribution toward the construction costs for the Center. USER shall include written details in the draft annual plan of the necessary actions to achieve the requirement that the Center shall be made available to organizations, businesses and residents located in the Japantown Redevelopment Area. This does not limit the CITY’s ability to independently conduct actions to publicize that the Center shall be made available to organizations, businesses and residents located in the Japantown Redevelopment Area.
C. THIS PROVISION MAY BE MODIFIED BY CITY DEPENDING UPON EXTENT OF USER’S PROPOSAL AND OPERATIONS - USER represents that USER shall employ, at its sole cost and expense, [a full-time (40 hours per week) administrator] who shall act as the director of the Program and shall have overall responsibility for the progress and execution of this Agreement, as well as supervise the operation of the Program. USER shall provide CITY with the contact information for USER’s Program Director upon execution of this Agreement. Should circumstances or conditions subsequent to the execution of this Agreement require a substitute Program director, USER shall notify CITY REPRESENTATIVE immediately of such occurrence. Program Coordination. As specified below, describe the coordination within the county’s food stamp program as well as other programs administered by the CWD (e.g., CalWORKs, GA) and the interagency coordination between the county’s food stamp program and/or other agencies and entities outside the CWD.
