Program Fees. As consideration for the rights and licenses granted to You under this Agreement and Your participation in the Program, You agree to pay Apple the requisite annual program fees as set forth on the Program website. The fees are non-refundable. Any taxes that may be levied on the Apple Software or Your use of it shall be Your responsibility. Your program fees must be paid up and not in arrears at the time You submit (or resubmit) Applications to Apple under this Agreement, and Your continued use of the Program web portal is subject to Your payment of such fees.
