Common use of Program Implementation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Program Implementation Agreement. The Government will implement the Program in accordance with this Compact and as further specified in an agreement to be entered into by MCC and the Government and dealing with, among other matters, implementation arrangements, fiscal accountability, disbursement and use of MCC Funding, procurement and applicable tax exemptions (the “Program Implementation Agreement”).
