Program Integrity Report. 8.1.2.1. The Contractor shall report to the Department any suspicion or knowledge of fraud or abuse, including, but not limited to, false or fraudulent filings of claims and the acceptance of or failure to return any monies allowed or paid on claims known to be fraudulent.
