Program Participant. Agrees to purchase and install the Charging Equipment, as set forth in this Agreement. Program Participant agrees that the number of Charging Ports and their charging power level set forth in Section 1 cannot be modified after execution of this Agreement, without express written consent of SCE, at SCE’s discretion.
