Common use of Program Participant Clause in Contracts

Program Participant. The DHS will continue to perform all other required contract administration services. The 8(a) BD Program is governed by Part 124 of SBA regulations (13 C.F.R. part 124) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 19.8 (48 C.F.R. § subpart 19.8). (a) Program Participant is awarded an 8(a) MAC, the Participant may be awarded competitive orders under that 8(a) MAC even if the firm’s term of participation in the 8(a) BD Program has ended or the firm has otherwise left the program.
