Program Period Sample Clauses
Program Period. The Program Period begins on the in-country arrival date as indicated in the arrival information provided by CET; the Program Period ends on the last day that program housing is provided to students as indicated in the arrival information. Students are expected to be in-country for the duration of the Program Period. Program and final examination dates are set in advance and may not be adjusted. CET is not responsible for supervision or making alternate arrangements for students who arrange independent travel prior to or after the Program Period.
Program Period. The Program will be conducted solely in the state of California, beginning as of the Effective Date and continuing for one year (“Initial Program Period”). At the expiration of the Initial Program Period, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive one (1)byear periods (the Initial Program Period combined with each successive one (1)byear period, the “Program Period”) unless otherwise terminated as provided herein.
Program Period. The Program will continue until Austin Energy or EnergyHub terminates the program. You may be automatically re-enrolled in subsequent Program Periods at Austin Energy’s discretion, subject to the then-current Terms for the Program.
Program Period. The Program period for this PA CareerLink is 1/1/2007 through 12/31/2011. During that period, each party is authorized and committed to sharing in the costs of the program in accordance with the applicable Resource Sharing Agreement. (Using the term “applicable” recognizes that there may be more than one RSA during a program period covered by the Agreement). This Agreement is effective when signed and continues in effect until 12/31/2011. It can be extended by mutual consent of the parties, evidenced by letter or other written confirmation. Any party may withdraw from or terminate its participation in this Agreement with cause, upon 30 days written notice to the other parties, or upon 90 days written notice to all other parties if such withdrawal is without cause.
Program Period. 3.1. Performance of work or other expenses billable to CARB under this Grant may commence after full execution of this Grant Agreement by both parties and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s submission to CARB of its governing board’s resolution, minute order, or other approval, described in Section 2 of this Grant Agreement. Performance on this ▇▇▇▇▇ ends once the Grantee has submitted a draft final report (Project Closeout) or if this Grant Agreement is terminated, whichever is earlier.
3.2. Upon full expenditure of grant funds, the Grantee shall submit a Project Closeout report to the CARB Program Liaison (see Section 12.2.d of this Grant Agreement) after Program completion.
3.3. Funds that Grantee has not liquidated by June 30, 2025 June 30, 2027, must be returned to CARB within ninety (90) days, or by September 30, 2025 September 30, 2027. Expenditure of Project funds granted may not be reduced due to any loss incurred in an insured bank or investment account.
3.4. If additional funding becomes available, the CARB Executive Officer in his sole discretion retains the authority to amend this Grant to provide additional disbursement to the Grantee to complete tasks related to the Scope of Work for this Grant Agreement.
Program Period. The Program Period shall be XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, and it may be extended by mutual written consent of the parties not less than thirty (30) days prior to the termination of the then current Program Period.
Program Period. The period of time for each session of the Program and the duration of each Student’s participation in the Program shall be agreed upon by the parties before the beginning of each session of the Program. The maximum number of Students permitted to participate in each session of the Program shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties, based upon the availability of space and other considerations. The Affiliate shall have the right not to accept Students or to terminate and exclude individual Students at any time, and for any reason during the term of this Agreement, subject to the School’s right to have any dispute over such non-acceptance, termination, or exclusion submitted to the dispute resolution process described herein and the Affiliate’s right to exclude the Student(s) from any of the Affiliate Facilities, pending the investigation and resolution of the dispute.
Program Period. The 2017 PDP Program begins January 2, 2017, and extends to December 15, 2017. PDP Program orders will be priced according to the 2017 Price List. FX Luminaire reserves the right to change pricing and/or program terms and will seek to provide at least 30-day notice. All incentives, discounts, dating, and/or year-end rebates will be forfeited if your PDP program commitments for purchases or payments are not met. All payment and program discounts are given on-invoice with the understanding that all orders will be shipped and paid as scheduled. Any discounts taken but not earned will be charged back.
Program Period. The Program is developed to allow for participating students to complete both the bachelor's and Master's degrees within a five (5) calendar year period. However, this is dependent on the performance of individual students.
Program Period. This Amendment #27 shall commence on the Amendment Effective Date and the USAA Marketing Program will be in effect from the Amendment Effective Date until February 13, 2020 (the “Program Period”). In addition, during the Program Period, the Parties may mutually agree to change the calculation of the Reimbursement Amounts.
