PROGRAM PERIOD AND KEY. DATES To be eligible to receive a Rebate, purchases of Participating Products (as defined in Section 3) must be made within one (1) transaction (on one (1) single sales receipt) at a Participating Retailer (as defined in Section 3) between December 01, 2019 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and September 30, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Purchase Period”), while supplies last and in full compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Requests (as defined in Section 5 below) must be received on or before 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 31, 2020 (the “Request End Date”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Rebates must be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the Rebate Provider Terms (defined below in Section 8) on or before a date as may be set out in the Rebate Provider Terms. Each Rebate is unique and can only be used up to the value of the Rebate. Each Rebate will automatically expire on the Rebate Expiration Date, if any.

  • CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWAL The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on June 30, 2023, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Parties may extend this Contract subject to mutually agreeable terms and conditions.

  • Transition Period LVRT Standard The transition period standard applies to wind generating plants subject to FERC Order 661 that have either: (i) interconnection agreements signed and filed with the Commission, filed with the Commission in unexecuted form, finally executed as conforming agreements, or filed with the Commission as non-conforming agreements between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006, with a scheduled in-service date no later than December 31, 2007, or (ii) wind generating turbines subject to a wind turbine procurement contract executed prior to December 31, 2005, for delivery through 2007.

  • CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS The Contract(s) shall be in effect for three (3) years, unless terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one years. The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis such as an additional three month, six month, twelve month, or 24 month period.

  • Funding Period and Termination 17.1. The Commissioner does not commit to renew or continue financial support to the Recipient after the Funding Period.

  • Waiting Period and Benefits (A) Employees Disabled Prior to April 1, 1998 * (* See Explanatory Note in Preamble to this Addendum.) In the event an employee, while enrolled in this Plan, becomes totally disabled prior to April 1, 1998 as a result of an accident or a sickness, then, after the employee has been totally disabled for six (6) months the employee shall receive a benefit equal to two-thirds (2/3) of monthly earnings.

  • SUBSEQUENT PERIODIC RECRUITMENT During the term of the Contract, the State reserves the right to conduct subsequent future Periodic Recruitments. The purpose of future periodic recruitments will be to:  Add new Lots for additional and/or emerging technologies  Add new Contractors to existing and new Lots OGS will formally announce when a Periodic Recruitment Solicitation is issued. Periodic Recruitments will be issued at the discretion of the OGS. A Contractor shall be required to submit such Submission documentation as required by OGS, which may include additional applicable statutory requirements currently in effect at the time of the Periodic Recruitment.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Development Period The Contractor may commence pre-construction activities like utility shifting, boundary wall construction or any other activity assigned to the Contractor by the Authority to enable construction of the Project Highway immediately after signing of the Agreement, to the extent that such work is ready for execution. The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date. No construction activity of the Project Highway shall be undertaken during the development period.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Program Inception Duration This program began on March 1, 2010 and will continue until all funds are committed or December 31, 2020, whichever occurs first.
