Development Period definition

Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;
Development Period means, with respect to an eligible property, the period of time starting on the date the rehabilitation period ends and ending on the earlier of,

  • Participants that have executed Power Sales Contracts may also elect to increase their Development Shares at such times and in such amounts as may be approved by the Project Management Committee up to and including the end of the Development Period.

Development Period means a period stated in a declaration during which a declarant reserves:
