Program Plan. CONTRACTOR shall provide as part of its Contract a plan for providing academic and vocational programs to inmates (“Program Plan”), to be initiated upon the Service Commencement Date, that shall be maintained continuously and certified by the appropriate governing agency(ies). The programs stipulated in this plan shall not be eligible for funding from the POIIWTF. All programs are subject to reporting requirements of the state and federal government. All Programs described in the Program Plan must be offered on a continuous basis. Teacher/instructor ratios are to be reasonable and in accordance with governing policies and procedures to accomplish the goal, and once approved are subject to the vacant positions clause of the contract. CONTRACTOR shall achieve and maintain performance measures for these programs and shall provide the Bureau with a monthly status report indicating whether the programs’ goals have been met or the reason why the goals have not been met. Program Plan. While a course-by-course equivalence was used in the development of this plan, this MOU presumes that the general education core requirements at Institution meet general education requirements at the University under the statewide block transfer articulation agreement, which is hereby incorporated herein. Program Plan. The assigned ORC will develop an individualized Confinement Program Plan (“CPP”) for inmates in this program during an out-of-cell initial interview. The CPP will provide each inmate with a plan through which positive behavior and programming participation can lead to additional reductions of disciplinary sanctions. The plan will be individualized to the inmate, and appropriate and achievable for that inmate taking into account any limitations, such as a low literacy level.

Program Plan. A. The Exercise Science Program at BHSU requires 30 general education credits, 55 credits for the Exercise Science Core, and 15 credits of specialization requirements. In addition, students need to earn a total of 120 credits, complete a minimum of 36 upper level (i.e., 300/400) courses, and complete a minimum of 60 credits from four-year institutions to earn their degree.

The Parties have agreed upon a detailed plan for the conduct of the discovery and research activities to be performed by the Parties with the goal of identifying, characterizing and optimizing Collaboration Molecules and Lead Molecules for each Pharmacological Profile (the “Program Plan,” which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B).
