Common use of Program Reports and Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Program Reports and Evaluation. A copy of all program reports and evaluation provided to the Operator’s Charter Authorizer will be provided to IPS on the same schedule as provided to the Authorizer.

A copy of all program reports and evaluation evaluations provided to the Operator’s Charter Authorizer will be provided to IPS on the same schedule as provided to the Charter Authorizer, as well as additional data required via the IPS Innovation Reporting Calendar updated annually, provided such data requests are not unreasonable or unduly burdensome to Operator and IPS agrees to reimburse Operator for its reasonable costs in complying with any such data request.
