Program Specifications. (a) You acknowledge and agree that:
(i) You are required to comply with the Program Specifications as that document is amended or replaced from time to time;
(ii) We may amend or replace the Program Specifications at any time and that updated version or replacement document is the ‘Program Specifications’ for the purposes of the Agreement; and
(iii) it is Your responsibility to ensure you have obtained, and are providing the Services in accordance with the current version of the Program Specifications.
(b) Without limiting paragraph 4(a)(iii), We will take reasonable steps to notify You of any amendment or replacement referred to in paragraph 4(a)(ii) that may have a material impact on the Services.
Program Specifications. Contractor agrees that they have received and read the Program Specifications and that they will install measures according to these specifications. Tacoma Power reserves the right to adopt changes to the Program Specifications at any time and will notify participating contractors 30 days prior to enforcement of any such change.
Program Specifications. Student Engagement Program
Program Specifications. Two-thirds of the program activities must be provided in separate locations from any other program. Services and activities include helping participants and families adjust physically and psychologically to the illness. The care plan should include objectives that encourage the particpants to continue their daily routine, physical activities, and social contacts. Each day the program will provide two snacks and a meal prepared with the consultation of a dietician, which shall contain at least one-third of the current RDA as established by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Academy of Science. Activities should be enjoyable, habilitative, failure free, and provide: opportunities to maximize functional independence for high and low functioning groups; a positive outlet for energy and emotions; opportunities for self expression; structured time; individual counseling when appropriate; relaxation and stress release; accommodations for wandering in a safe environment; physical fitness activities; opportunities for peer relationships; contact and coordination with family, community agencies, and other professionals involved in the provision of care; and appropriate sensory stimulation, remotivation, expressive therapies and resocialization. Family support and caregiver education/information will be provided including a consult on home safety issues. The Social Service Coordinator must have at a minimum a bachelor’s degree in human services from an accredited college or university and at least one year of recent experience working with adults in a professional capacity. Experience working with individuals with cognitive disabilities is preferred. Responsibilities include: arranging for or providing individual, group, and family counseling; providing family education in behavior management; informing participants/families of available community services and refer as necessary to agencies providing such services; providing family support services such as grief management; assisting participants/families to access available benefits; documenting notes in the participant’s records at least quarterly; advocating on behalf of the client with other professionals; and assisting in the delivery of other required program services. Nursing services must be provided in accordance with the needs of each participant. The program RN must provide and supervise nursing services. Program Specifications. The Specified Signs with Price must adhere to the specifications shown in Exhibit 1. In addition, each sign will contain any information required by NAM Field Representatives, i.e., cycle identification, etc.
Program Specifications. The qualified Managed Care Organization (MCO) shall provide integrated Managed Care Services with a dedicated staff, where applicable, focused on timely and medically necessary treatment of injured employees. Such services shall include Medical Bill Review (BR), Utilization Review (UR), Nurse Case Management (NCM), and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) programs. The MCO shall reduce medical and disability costs by assisting with coordination of treatment and preventing over- utilization of treatment or treatment that is not in accordance with scientifically evidenced based and peer reviewed treatment guidelines (State mandated and/or nationally recognized by the medical community.) The MCO shall reject or reduce billed charges that are not authorized or in accordance with the California Official Medical Fee Schedule (OMFS). The MCO shall maximize savings through contracted reduced rates through Preferred Provider Organizations, the MPN, Specialty Networks consisting of Ancillary Service Providers, the PBM, and through other applications of medical cost containment methods. The MCO shall maintain state-of-the-art software, where applicable, that complies with State and Federal data protection and privacy regulations and statutes, and cyber security protections and protocols as required by the County. The MCO and its dedicated staff shall be prepared and ready to commence the Managed Care Services to all County workers’ compensation claims as described in the Program Specifications under this Section. The County reserves the right to revise or amend any part of the Program Specifications described in this section. The County also reserves the right to enter into a direct agreement with Ancillary Service Providers, Specialty Networks and the PBM during the term of this Contract.
Program Specifications. The Program specifications which SES will maintain and which are appropriate for programs designed to meet the needs of students with emotional disabilities are as follows:
5.12.1 Classrooms as follows while maintaining staffing ratios and age groupings as provided in the applicable laws, rules and regulations:
5.12.1.1 One Intervention Room at the Learning Center for students in grades K-8.
5.12.1.2 One EDP Classroom and one Intervention Room at Apache Junction High School for students in grades 9-12.
5.12.2 The EDP classroom shall be staffed by an appropriately certified special education teacher with a valid Arizona certificate and current, valid fingerprint card issued by the State of Arizona. A substitute teacher will be provided during the absence of the certified special education teacher.
5.12.3 Each classroom shall provide the necessary educational experiences to meet the IEP goals specified in the Students’ respective IEPs.
5.12.4 The Educational Program provided by SES shall include counseling as a related service but will not include speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or other related services which shall remain the responsibility of the District.
5.12.5 SES shall accept all qualifying students into the Program regardless of a student’s prior disciplinary history.
5.12.6 In all areas of Program conduct and content, SES will act as the District’s agent implementing the District’s directions. This would include, but not be limited to, following the District’s direction with regard to information keeping, communicating with District personnel, working with parents, community resources, and the public. SES will follow all District Governing Board policies, Administrative Regulations, and rules in its operation of the Program. SES personnel will participate in District in-services, trainings, and professional development activities as requested by the District.
5.12.7 All issues affecting the Program and/or students and parents and District personnel will be brought by SES to the attention of the designated District administrator in a timely fashion and in the manner as requested by that person. The Program and all meetings, etc., of SES personnel regarding the Program and its functioning are open for observation and attendance by District personnel.
Program Specifications. The specifications for the Licensed Program (hereinafter called `Program Specifications') are set forth in Annex C.

Controllers RAB1 - AA Disk Drives TEU - 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx * The phrase "represented by Licensor" implies functional content of their software equal to or better than their proposal to Xxxxxx Semiconductor dated February 20, 1984, their system response time as measured on April 11, 1984, their proposals for custom real time control charts dated April 29, 1984, and any system descriptive language contained in Licensor supplied COMETS documentation and user manuals. ANNEX D Installation and Training Licensor shall provide up to twenty-five (25) days of direct assistance to be used by Licensee at its discretion for either installation assistance, or training of the Licensee's technical or clerical staff in the use of the Licensed Program. Licensee shall pay Licensor's reasonable travel and living expenses in providing such assistance. Licensee, at its option, can request Licensor to make the entire installation of the Licensed Program, or any portion thereof. Licensor shall charge Licensee for such installation on in excess of twenty-five (25) days assistance its standard hourly rates then in effect plus reasonable travel and living expenses. ANNEX E MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between CONSILIUM ASSOCIATES, INC. having its principal place of business at Suite 700, 0000 X. Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 (hereinafter referred to as "Consilium") and XXXXXX CORPORATION acting through its Semiconductor Sector with a principal place of business at X.X. Xxx 000, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee").
Program Specifications. Red Oak agrees to use its best efforts to meet the demand for CHB of Licensed Users. In this regard, Red Oak agrees that it shall, without cost or liability to association:
(a) Use its best efforts to arrange for the procurement and processing of cattle that meet Program specifications;
(b) Use its best efforts to identify, evaluate, and enter into processing contracts with beef packers and processors;
(c) Affix, or cause or ensure the affixation of, the Trademark as shown in Reg. No. 1,971,889 to all CHB processed to Program specifications for Red Oak;
(d) Use its best efforts to distribute, market and sell (or cause to be distributed, marketed and sold) CHB to Licensed Users in accordance with Program specifications. Red Oak shall maintain complete and accurate records of the amount of CHB sold and distributed to Licensed Users, including the identity of all such Licensed Users, and shall make such records available for Association's inspection from time to time at the request of Association;
(e) Use its best efforts to arrange for the procurement, processing, distribution, and sale on a timely basis of the quantity of CHB required by Licensed Users; and
(f) Use its best efforts to be ready to provide CHB to Licensed Users no later than March , 1997.
