They are to pursue the development of their programmes in consultation with the appropriate Deans and Chairpersons. Programme Coordinators. (a) Programme Coordinators are responsible for the integration, planning and development of the appropriate course offerings which constitute the program and which may involve several Departments. They are to pursue the development of their programmes in consultation with the appropriate Deans and Chairpersons. They are administratively responsible to the Xxxx of the Faculty under whose auspices the programme is offered. (b) The Programme Coordinator is “primus inter pares” among Faculty Members holding appointments or cross-appointments (per Article 10.1.24 and 10.1.25) in the interdisciplinary programme. In representing the Programme, the Programme Coordinator shall put forward the view of the Faculty Members teaching in the Programme and those Faculty Members who taught during the period September 1st to August 31st of the previous year. (c) In keeping with the concept of ‘primus inter pares’ the Programme Coordinator shall make available to Programme members all information relevant to the organization, administration and representation of the Programme.
Programme Coordinators. 2.4.1 Where the employee is undertaking formal responsibilities as a Programme Coordinator the employer and the employee may negotiate and agree in writing on an annual basis that the employee may exchange discretionary leave entitlement subject to the following conditions: a) The exchange shall not be for less than one week in total. b) The employee shall be paid 2% of the employee’s salary for each week of discretionary leave exchanged. c) An agreement may be reached between the employer and the employee at any time. d) Agreement in any one year shall not create a precedent for future years. e) Any refusal to agree to such an exchange by an employee shall not result in any disadvantage. 2.4.2 The employer will advise the employee of their right to seek advice from the TEU prior to negotiations.
Programme Coordinators. Each Party shall nominate a Programme Coordinator (e.g., local programme director, StudienprogrammleiterIn) with the following responsibilities:  selecting elements (courses, internships, etc.) which are relevant with respect to the competences to be acquired by students as defined in the learning outcomes of the Physics of the Earth curriculum  organisation of the admission process  advancing quality development of the modules and adaptation of learning outcomes on course levels, teaching methods, and content according to the learning outcome specified in the curriculum  acting as responsible contact persons for students, scientists, administration and university representatives  management and execution of this Agreement and the Curriculum on the local level, decision making according to the national rules and university’s regulations  participation in the adaptation of the curriculum  annual Reporting to the university representatives about the performance of the Programme  preparing the External Evaluation (2.8)

  • Project Coordinator Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

If one or more of the Parties is late in submission of any project deliverable, the Coordinator may nevertheless submit the other parties’ project deliverables and all other documents required by the Grant Agreement to the Funding Authority in time. 6.4.3 If the Coordinator fails in its coordination tasks, the General Assembly may propose to the Funding Authority to change the Coordinator. 6.4.4 The Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party or of the consortium, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.5 The Coordinator shall not enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Grant Agreement. [Option: 6.5 Management Support Team (Optional, where foreseen in Grant Agreement or otherwise decided by the consortium) The Management Support Team shall be proposed by the Coordinator. It shall be appointed by the General Assembly and shall assist and facilitate the work of the General Assembly. The Management Support Team shall provide assistance to the Coordinator for executing the decisions of the General Assembly. It shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Project.] [Option: 6.6 External Expert Advisory Board (EEAB) (Optional, where foreseen in Grant Agreement or otherwise decided by the consortium) An External Expert Advisory Board (EEAB) will be appointed and steered by the Executive Board. The EEAB shall assist and facilitate the decisions made by the General Assembly. The Coordinator is authorised to execute with each member of the EEAB a non-disclosure agreement, which terms shall be not less stringent than those stipulated in this Consortium Agreement, no later than 30 days after their nomination or before any confidential information will be exchanged, whichever date is earlier. The Coordinator shall write the minutes of the EEAB meetings and prepare the implementation of the EEAB's suggestions. The EEAB members shall be allowed to participate in General Assembly meetings upon invitation but have not any voting rights.]
